Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Twensun will accept exchanges and returns on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase, except for personalised items, pending stock availability, and issue a store credit. Items for exchange must be in original condition with all tags attached.

Shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, any items on pre-order cannot be canceled.

All items on sale are final and cannot be returned.


FAULTY ITEMS

In the case that you believe an item is faulty, please contact pickyaudit108@gmail.com.
we deem the item faulty, we will advise you of the next steps.

Shipping fees for items deemed faulty will be covered by Twensun.
Twensun reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges for such reasons as change of mind, wrong size or not liking the style or colour choice. Twensun also reserves the right to deny cancellation of your order due to change of mind or change of circumstances prior to your item being shipped out. Please note processing times are estimates.

Please use the size descriptions, product descriptions and customer reviews when choosing an item. There is specific information in the item descriptions regarding each item.

Please be aware that due to the nature of natural fibres and digital printing, the printing can vary with each item and this is not deemed a fault.

Twensun is not responsible for any damage done to items after purchase, including damage or faults caused by washing machines or laundry products, such as but not limited to stains, bleaching or dye leaking, or damage caused by contact with chemicals.
