We include the cost of Duties & Taxes in your order. The price you see at checkout is all-inclusive and there are no additional charges.
SHIPPING TIME
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. All orders will receive a tracking number once dispatched.
US & Canada: 5-11 business days (excluding weekends)
UK: 4-8 business days (excluding weekends)
Europe: 7-14 business days (excluding weekends)
Australia & New Zealand: 5-11 business days (excluding weekends)

All custom products with additional order items will ship together and can take up to 7 business days (excluding weekends) for production. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Once your custom order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes and we do not accept returns for custom products.

We currently do not ship to the following countries/regions: Ukraine, North Korea, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Cuba, Nepal, Palestine, Iran, Vatican, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Uruguay, Venezuela, and certain overseas territories of the UK and France. Some US territories are also excluded, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and US Virgin Islands.
